As you enter Midwest Respiratory Ltd. Joliet. You will see this medical facility is very clean. You will then be greeted with a genuine smile from a very kind, and caring Pam, Mary, or Dawn who work the front desk. Also you will find this medical facility has all the doctors and high tech equipment to treat all your respiratory needs like they are doing for me. I then meant Crystal/Medical Assistant who was so kind, caring, and very helpful. I'm being treated by Nischal Raya, MD a board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine provider with Midwest Respiratory at the Joliet the Office for a couple of illnesses. Dr. Raya is compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, skilled professional, dedicated, patient, attentive, and respectful about your health and welfare. He has an ego free personality and a great bedside manner and is a seasoned veteran in his field. Dr. Raya suspected I had sleep apnea and sent me for an in-lab sleep study. I had to go there twice. This is were I meant Marcy/Sleep Study Technician who is well trained and educated in her field. Marcy is also very kind, caring, professional, and respectful of your needs. She has a very calm demeanor as she thoroughly explain's everything to you in a very understanding way. Linda /Sleep Study Technician who also assisted and aided me in a very kind, caring, and helpful way through this process. Dr. Raya also sent me for a Pulmonary Function Test thus meeting Kelly/Pulmonary Breathing Function Test Technician. Kelly is also seasoned veteran in her field. She too was so king, caring, skilled professional, with a calm demeanor. Also again Dr.Raya was right. I have adult onset asthma. So I tell you give this business a try. If you do like I did I believe you too will call this place yours also. Shout out to Marcy, Linda, and Crystal for helping me get that machine quickly. Dr Mcdonough is a all around great Dr. He has decades of knowledge, which is priceless. He explains everything in depth. His bedside manner is the best I have ever encountered. He is honest and open with hard questions and you can feel his sincerity in the care for his patient. He made me feel relaxed, I left there knowing so much more information and have a action plan for my future lung care. He was happy to give a second opinion on various diagnosing. If you need a pulminologist Dr Mcdonough is you man. He is genuine and very handsome,( two more perks) It was worth the wait for the appointment. I also like the fact that once your a patient you can get ahold of his office and get in quickly if need be to avoid hospitalization.

Prescribed meds but no explanation One inhaler would not be covered by insurance and needed a different one and I never heard that it was changed and again no follow up. Was to have a breathing test and I cancelled a week before yet I got a text to remind me of my appointment. So I called again and cancelled for the second time. Like so many medical places they are just too corporate owned that patients are a priority anymore. Very sad and disappointing .

I believe Dr. Walsh walks on water. He is the most remarkable doctor I have ever had. He spends an inordinate amount of time with his patients Announcing not taking any media without giving anyone and really cares deeply for each and everyone.

Dr Sosenko called me right on time for our teleconference. He reviewed the results from a recent CAT scan & recommended I get an RSV vaccination due to having a chronic cough & diabetes. Dr Sosenko answered my questions & advised me to schedule a follow up appointment. Someone from his office called me within 20 minutes & got me scheduled. I was quite impressed that I was scheduled that promptly!

Dr Lababidy and his stuff are world class medical provider

The Dr and the Inspire care representative and staff went above and beyond as well as took there time explaining how to use the device and the next steps in the process. I did not even notice it t was on my first night with inspire activated and I did sleep through the not as well as not tossing and turning. I feel like I did get a better night sleep and not as foggy as usual when I wake up. So far night one was good.

It's so important to get enough sleep cause the next day you feel so much better and full of energy which you didn't have before this the sleep machine because you were kind of druggie and tired the next day you didn't feel like doing nothing now I have so much energy I feel like doing different things and getting worked done cuz I have lots of energy not feeling tired anymore

Dr. Walsh is wonderful. He listens and makes decisions based on the science. The office is terrible. Took me 2 phone calls and appearing in person to get my meds. I was down to a dose or two, even though I called it in real early. They dropped the ball telling me they ordered it when they did not. They also call me "his" when I confirm MY appointment. Or "HE". I am sure the paperwork states I am female, but could care less to check. Names these days go both ways: Morgan Freeman, Morgan Fairchild; Michael Landon, Michael Lerned. Get with it! I am always offended here.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Lababidy. He addressed my concerns and did not berate me when I told him I had a machine years ago but stopped using it. He was very professional and kind. I feel lucky that I was able to get into an appointment as soon as I did.

I came for my appointment today and was told I didn’t have one. I checked my calendar and repeated I had a 9:30 appointment. A very rude women commented, “we called you four times to try and tell you the doctor would not be in. I commented back “and you didn’t try calling my other phone?” All I heard was, “oh wow” and “you didn’t say you had a preference.” You would think that after trying someone twice you would try the alternate phone number but instead you try the one you called already twice with no response 2 more times. Seriously!!! I did go over my phone numbers with this rude lady so they had both numbers to try. I also mentioned why I was turned into collections for $194.00 what was it for and of course they had no idea. The rude lady told me to call a number which I did call with no answer I left a message. I suppose they didn’t call my other number either. I made 2 payments which were returned to me with a note the account had been paid. Nothing was done there for me so it’d be nice to know why I owe money as I made my copay every time I went. Clients should never be treated as I was. I’ll never be back there nor recommend that office to anyone.

This was a very positive experience. The staff was great as was Dr. Doeing. I had a very comprehensive visit and a treatment plan was given to me. I had a breathing test this morning and a have a new inhaler which seems to be helping. I highly recommend Dr. Doeing and Midwest Respiratory Ltd.

In my previous review, I didn’t include the name of my doctor. Dr Al-Massalkhi is my doctor. Excellent, caring, knowledgeable.

I’ve always felt that Doc’s have always tried to get to the bottom of the problem. They try and get there and if they aren’t satisfied they will call you on your way home ?!!! If you don’t get your questions answered, either your wife talks to much and you can’t get a word in edgewise or you just need to walk alone ……… Love you guys, all of you!!

My tele-visit w/Dr Leung was excellent. The lady who called just before appointment was very nice. However, the ignorant lady who I dealt with last month who changed my appt has zero customer service skills. She had a crap attitude towards her job. She needs to be retrained or let go.

I had never seen Dr. Giri before admission to the hospital. He is the sweetest, kindest,most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever known. He spent more than an hr. on my f/u visit, went through the pictures of my CT explaining it to me. My primary doctor has never been as thorough as Dr. Giri. His office staff is very helpful and pleasant
